This kid just gets funnier and funnier. He has a superman shirt that he loves and Nathan let him watch a couple of the old superman cartoons and now he totally thinks he's superman (a.k.a. "Super Peter!"). Sometimes he calls us "Super Daddy" and "Super Mommy". He even called the baby "Super Brother" and asked if he could come out to play LEGOS with him.
While in the car, I explained to him that his little brother would be sitting in a "baby seat" next to him. I think he liked the idea because when I'd look back at him, he'd be smiling and looking over at the seat.
I think it'll be a shock to him for awhile that the baby won't be able to play cars and LEGOS and trains with him. But someday I know they'll be wonderful friends and playmates. Can't wait!
Can't believe Peter is going to be 2 next week! What a joy he is. I'm so thankful for him and the fun kid he [usually] is. ~ Liz

Prayer Request
Our baby boy may have something wrong with one of his kidneys. We go in for another ultrasound on Aug.19 to learn more.
